We don't accept returns. All sales are final. However for damages we provide refunds or store credit. 

To be eligible for a refund on damages , should record unboxing video without any edits or cuts.

Return Policy for Glass Bangles

All sales of glass bangles are final. Because they are delicate, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide a complete opening video showing the package being unboxed from start to finish — with no pauses or edits. Only claims with a valid opening video will be reviewed.Please start recording a video a proof as soon as you start opening the box. We try to wrap it securely but some cases it can be broken given that it is too fragile.

Once approved, you’ll receive either a partial refund(depending on the broken bangle numbers) or store credit for the value of the damaged item. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire. Refunds/Store credit will issued based on the opening video.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right or do the needful
