Because they are delicate, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide a complete opening video showing the package being unboxed from start to finish — with no pauses or edits. Only claims with a valid opening video will be reviewed.Please start recording a video a proof as soon as you start opening the box. We try to wrap it securely but some cases it can be broken given that it is too fragile.
Once approved, you’ll receive either a partial refund(depending on the broken bangle numbers) or store credit for the value of the damaged item. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire. Refunds/Store credit will issued based on the opening video. Send the video to us via instagram or whatsapp.

To ensure the most comfortable fit for your traditional bangles, follow these simple steps:

Use a Current Favorite: Select a bangle you already own that fits you comfortably.

Measure the Inner Diameter: Using a ruler, measure the straight line across the inside center of the bangle (as shown in image).

Compare & Choose: Find your measurement in inches in the table above to identify your Indian Bangle Size.

Pro Tip: If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended to add one or two values to your measurement and select the next size up for a better fit.
